Pietro Mascagni conducting the Berlin State Opera Orchestra in the overture to Rossini's Barber of Seville across two sides on Parlophone E11148. Mascagni was the composer of Cavalleria rusticana; a conductor of his stature directing a famous overture by another composer is of moderate specialist interest.
