Countess H. Morsztyn — an aristocratic amateur pianist not identifiable in standard discographic references — performing Chopin's Scherzo Op. 31 across two sides on HMV E317. Private or semi-private HMV pressings for named patrons or amateurs were made in very small quantities and are unusual survivals; the E-series designation requires checking.
The summary above was written by AI from what is known of the artist and the pressing. It is not a description of this copy's condition, and we have not checked every detail — ask us and we will tell you what we can actually see.
Condition is not recorded for this one — ask and we will describe the disc honestly before either side commits. Nothing in this collection has a fixed price; an enquiry starts a conversation.
