The Flonzaley Quartet was an American string quartet renowned for concert and recording work, especially in chamber music and art-song repertoire, active from the early 1900s into the 1920s. This recording of Smetana's 'From My Life' quartet (two parts) is a major work of the chamber repertoire. The Victor pressing represents the acoustic era.
