Label: Beka
Catalogue number: 41274/5
Genre: Music Hall
Format: 78rpm shellac disc, 10 inch unless noted
Reference: #18577

Harry Ford is not a name that appears prominently in standard discographic references for the period. This disc on the Bek label — catalogue numbers suggesting an early Berlin-Beka pressing — contains two music-hall titles whose full sides are only partially legible in the catalogue entry. Bek/Beka was a significant early international pressing firm; an obscure artist on an early catalogue number warrants closer examination.

The summary above was written by AI from what is known of the artist and the pressing. It is not a description of this copy's condition, and we have not checked every detail — ask us and we will tell you what we can actually see.

BWhat a Face

Harry Ford performing 'Naughty Boy' and 'What a Face' on Columbia catalogue 1164. Ford is not widely documented in standard music-hall references; a Columbia pressing with a catalogue number in the 1000-series is moderately early. An unrecognised artist on an early Columbia number warrants investigation.AI summary
