The Helsinki Orchestra under Robert Kajanus performs Sibelius's 'Karjalan Jääkärien Marssi' on HMV X2825. Kajanus was a close friend and advocate of Sibelius, and his recordings of Finnish repertoire — particularly Sibelius — are of real historical importance. The HMV X-series indicates a non-UK pressing, likely Finnish or Scandinavian. Kajanus–Sibelius recordings are actively collected.
The summary above was written by AI from what is known of the artist and the pressing. It is not a description of this copy's condition, and we have not checked every detail — ask us and we will tell you what we can actually see.
Condition is not recorded for this one — ask and we will describe the disc honestly before either side commits. Nothing in this collection has a fixed price; an enquiry starts a conversation.
