Lionel Hampton and the King Cole Trio recorded 'Jivin' with Jarvis' and 'Buckin' the Blues' for His Master's Voice catalogue B9589, likely from the mid-1940s. This is a notable collaboration between two significant American jazz and pop artists, though the record is scarcer than their more widely distributed sides.
