Mae West, the American actress and entertainer whose frank sexuality made her one of the most controversial and collected figures of early Hollywood, on a label abbreviated 'SpeakOPh' — possibly Speak-O-Phone or a similar novelty or private pressing company — with no catalogue number. The label identification is unknown and requires physical examination; a Mae West recording on an obscure or private label would be a significant celebrity collector item.
