Marius Chambon was a French singer who recorded for Beka Records, the Berlin-based pressing firm that operated an extensive European network in the early years of the twentieth century. This disc, Beka 7607, contains 'Promenade du Paysan'; Chambon does not appear prominently in standard discographic references, and French-language Beka vocal pressings from this period are uncommon outside specialist collections.
