AHenry VIII Overture
Bpart 2

The orchestra conducted by Edward German — the British composer of 'Merrie England' — performing his own 'Henry VIII Overture' across two sides on HMV D527. German was one of the most popular British light composers of the Edwardian era; a self-conducted recording of his own music is historically interesting.AI summary
