The Original Dixieland Jazz Band recorded 'Tiger Rag' and 'Jazz Me Blues' for His Master's Voice. The ODJB were the first jazz ensemble to record, in 1917, and remained influential through the 1920s–30s, though this is a later HMV pressing rather than their historic acoustic sides.
