Alfred Clark was one of the founding figures of the Gramophone Company and a key executive at HMV for decades; this disc, catalogue Cc17628, contains a message from him to HMV employees. A recording by a senior figure of the recording industry for internal company use would have been pressed in very small quantities and is an historically unusual item requiring specialist examination.AI summary
